What does “all-inclusive” mean at Swan Lake?

Our all-inclusive experience is designed to make your planning effortless.
You provide your:

  • Officiant

  • Photographer & videographer

  • Hair & makeup artists

We provide everything else, including:

  • Day-of coordinator (6-hour coverage)

  • Catering from our approved partners

  • DJ (ceremony + reception)

  • Bar service (client provides alcohol)

  • Fresh floral centerpieces, Ceremony arrangement, sweet heart arrangement

  • Ceremony seating (fruitwood chairs)

  • Reception tables, chairs, linens & table settings

  • Sweetheart & cake table

  • Cocktail hour

  • Full setup & breakdown team

  • Guest House for getting ready

Where is Swan Lake located?

Our venue is nestled in the beautiful countryside of Fresno/Sanger, surrounded by water, oaks, and natural scenery. We are conveniently close to Fresno, Clovis, and surrounding Central Valley cities.

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes. Swan Lake is within 10–20 minutes of several hotel options, including:

  • Holiday Inn Express (Clovis)

  • Best Western (Sanger)

  • Hotel Burgess

  • Cedar View Winery & B&B

  • Comfort Suites

Your guests will have no trouble finding comfortable accommodations nearby.

Does Swan Lake offer indoor or outdoor options?

Swan Lake is an outdoor luxury venue, featuring:

  • Lakeside ceremony site

  • Riverside/oak ceremony site

  • Outdoor reception areas surrounded by trees, water, and gardens

Indoor ballrooms are not provided, though temporary tent structures may be added through our preferred tent vendors.

What happens if it rains?

If rain is forecast, our team will help you coordinate a beautiful tented experience using one of our recommended tent companies. We’ll also assist with layout adjustments and timeline updates to ensure everything flows smoothly.
(Tent rental is not included in the package.)

Is there air conditioning or heat?

Our bridal suite offers full A/C and heating.
Reception and ceremony areas are outdoors, but approved vendors may bring additional heaters if requested through the venue

Do I need to hire my own wedding coordinator?

No. A day-of coordinator is included in your all-inclusive package. Our team handles:

  • Timeline management

  • Vendor coordination

  • Ceremony direction

  • Setup & breakdown

  • Guest flow

You are welcome to hire an outside planner if you prefer additional support, but it is not required.

Will another wedding be happening at the same time?

Swan Lake has two completely separate venue areas, each with its own ceremony space, reception area, parking, and staff.

Another event may occur on the opposite side, but your celebration remains fully private with no overlap.

Is Swan Lake ADA compliant?

Yes. Our sidewalks, restrooms, and parking areas are ADA accessible.
We also offer golf-cart guest assistance for elderly and mobility-limited guests.

Are food and DJ services included?

Yes. Your all-inclusive package already includes:

  • Catering (from our approved caterers)

  • Professional DJ for ceremony & reception

  • Bar staff (client provides the alcohol)

There are no surprise add-on fees for these services.

Does Swan Lake provide audio/visual equipment?

Yes. Your package includes:

  • Ceremony microphone

  • DJ sound system

  • Speakers

Additional A/V options may be recommended if needed.

Are outdoor lights included?

Yes — all outdoor lights, Deck lighting, and landscape lights are included in every package.

Does Swan Lake offer a private getting-ready suite?

Yes. Your package includes access to our Guest House, which features:

  • Private restroom

  • A/C & heat

  • Indoor lounge

  • Outdoor patio area

  • Comfortable furniture for your bridal party

Times vary based on your event contract.

Does Swan Lake allow a full bar?

Yes. Clients may provide:

  • Beer

  • Wine

  • Seltzers

  • Spirits

  • Champagne

Our licensed bar team handles all service.
Outside bartenders and self-service are not permitted.
Guests may not pay individually at the bar.

Does Swan Lake offer overnight accommodations?

We provide access to a preparation room for getting ready, but we do not offer overnight lodging, RV parking, or camping.
